Once a year the EGLSF celebrates a huge European gay sport event: EuroGames. Besides offering a high-quality sport event to the LGBTIQ sports community, EGLSF wishes to promote the following goals, also through the EuroGames:

  • fight against discrimination in sport regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity

  • stimulate integration in sport and emancipation of LGBTIQ athletes

  • enable and support the coming out of LGBTIQ athletes

  • support the founding of new LGBTIQ groups

Already for the 21th time we invite LGBT sport fans from all over Europe to Prague. Every year we make new friends, every year we can’t wait to see you. Prague Rainbow Spring is an international sports tournament for LGBT athlets, their friends, colleagues and supporters. Also this time we expect more than 300 participants from many countries to compete in volleyball, badminton, swimming and beachvolleyball.

14. International Open German Championships for female and male couples
DVET’s 14th International Open German Championships for same-sex couples will be hosted by TSZ Blau-Gold-Casino Darmstadt.  We invite couples and teams from Germany, Europe and Overseas to Darmstadt (near Frankfurt) to celebrate a two days’ dance festival with ballroom, latin (open and senior) and showdance competitions (couples and teams).  The event will end with a wonderful gala ball on Saturday evening.
