EGLSF launch first ever Euro Pride House for the UEFA Women’s Euro, Utrecht 2017

Sunday 16th July, saw the historic moment when the EGLSF organised the first ever Euro Pride House for a women’s European football championships. This project initiative is under the “Erasmus+ project, “Queering Football”. The event took place at the Bodytalk bar in Utrecht, the radiant and vibrant heart of the Netherlands. The evening was officially opened by Karin Blankenstein, founder of the John Blankenstein Foundation. FiFPro European Congress Malta 16th-17th May 2017

The FIFPro World Players Union gathered in Malta to attend FIFPro European Congress. In total there were 37 players unions in attendance, which proved to be a very productive 2 days. During the congress, which was held between the 16th and 17th of May, FIFPro European Division President Bobby Barnes took the scene to address his thoughts. Erasmus + “Heroes of Football” Danish Parliament Hearing

Copenhagen, May 3rd, 2017 EGLSF project partners from the Erasmus+ "Heroes of Football" project, will give a presentation to the Danish Parliament during a hearing arranged by the Cultural and Gender Equality Committee. José van der Mark and Marieke Slinkert are speaking on behalf of the federation about the experiences the project has encountered over the past 17 months.
