IDAHO Action: Day against homophobia celebrated in France

The French Premier League authorities (Ligue de Football professionnel - LFP) and Paris Foot Gay (PFG) will unite their efforts on May 17th for the World Day against homophobia. For the first time, a national event will be held in association with professional clubs committed to fight discriminations. Out Gay Olympian: Mitcham seeks sponsors

Australian Matthew Mitcham, the winner of the 10-metre platform at the Beijing Olympics, said last week that his decision to talk openly about being gay may have prevented him from getting the proper sponsorship deals. The 21-year-old came out in a newspaper interview before Beijing, where he made history by receiving the highest mark for an individual dive at Olympics. Gay Games 2014: 2014 FGG Finalists

The international Federation of Gay Games (FGG) announced that it had received completed bid documents from groups in Boston, Massachusetts, Cleveland, Ohio, and Washington, DC competing (all US)A for hosting Gay Games IX in 2014.
