Inspirational Additions to the “Against the Rules” Exhibition.

The EGLSF is proud to unveil 2 new additions to the "Against the Rules" Exhibition. Over the past number of months the federation has been looking for inspirational athletes to join the exhibition and after long discussions we are happy to welcome Finnish Professional Goal Keeper for FC Bayern München, Tinja-Riikka Korpela, and Turkish Professional Referee, Halil ?brahim Dinçda?. Euro Pride House 2016

The EGLSF and FSGL are proud to be hosting a mobile Euro Pride House in France during the 2016 UEFA European Football Championships this summer. Euro Pride House will play host to a range of sports, cultural and arts events, which share as a common theme our vision of breaking down the social and personal barriers, that discourage LGBTIQ people across Europe from participating and supporting football. One World Event Statement

The European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation demands that the Federation of Gay Games and the Gay & Lesbian International Sport Association return to the negotiating table to plan One World Event in 2022. The EGLSF has learned with dismay that the Federation of Gay Games (FGG) and the Gay & Lesbian International Sport Association (GLISA) are no longer in discussions to plan a single world sports, cultural and human rights event in 2022 together, instead of holding separate Gay Games and World OutGames in successive years. QFF 18th International Conference

January 2016, Gelsenkirchen, Germany The EGLSF was represented at the 18th International QFF Conference in Gelsenkirchen. The conference was hosted by Andersum at Schalke 04 which was attended by more than 100 delegates from Germany, Switzerland, UK, and The Netherlands. On the Friday evening the response from FIFA was discussed along with the “Good Practise Guide” and how FIFA were not addressing anti-discrimination measures which are clearly present in their guide.
