Where are all the women?
Thursday 5th October - 1830-2000 CET
We regularly hear that women are under-represented in many of our member clubs, and both the EuroGames and our AGA are still male dominated. How can we change this? How do we attract women to and retain them in the LGBTIQ+ sports movement and offer a pathway to leadership? What actions can EGLSF take?
*This event is only open to women (including trans women) and non-binary members

How do we make this phrase something that we hear people say? This year at our Annual General Assembly, we said we would consult with members on creating some changes for 2024 that would make a more dynamic and interactive event. So we’d like you to come and tell us your ideas, and to tell us if you’d like to have a more active role in the AGA.
