New Erasmus+ Projects Funded: A Step Forward for Inclusion and Gender Equality in Sport

We are excited to announce that two new projects, funded under the Erasmus+ programme, are set to launch, with EGLSF playing a key role in both initiatives. Queer Camino – Mindful Steps Towards Inclusion “Queer Camino” offers a unique and transformative professional development opportunity for youth workers, centered around a 7-day pilgrimage walk from Lugo to Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. MESIS: The MOOC for becoming an Outsport Coach is ready!

The main output of the MESIS project, where EGLSF is a partner, is finally ready!  After the training of trainers (Sofia, 2023) and the Capacity Building Sessions (CBS) held in Rome, Ljubljana, and Lisbon (in 2024), aimed at creating inclusive sports communities for LGBTQI+ individuals through education and sport, the Outsport e-learning course is finally online in English and will be soon be available also in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Slovenian and Bulgarian.
