On 22 September 2025, the partners of the PLUSS project (LGBTQI+ Policy and Leadership in Sport and Society), led by the European Gay & Lesbian Sport Federation (EGLSF), met online to plan the next stage of their work: dissemination. During EuroGames Lyon 2025, 17 project partners' representatives gathered in person to review accomplishments and plan the final phase of the +PLUSS project (LGBTQI+ Policy and Leadership in Sport and Society), which is now nearing completion. With most key results now finalised, this meeting marked a significant milestone and provided partners with the opportunity to reflect on their progress and adjust strategies for the final phase. As part of the EuroGames Lyon 2025 programme, EGLSF hosted a conference titled “Fighting Discrimination, Building Inclusion: The Legacy of EuroGames for LGBTQI+ Rights in Sport”, highlighting, among other great initiatives on the topic, the Erasmus+ +PLUSS project and its impact on LGBTQI+ inclusion in sport.
