AOTY Award: Seeking Athlete of the Year

In August, Compete Magazine (previously Sports Out Loud) started accepting applications for its 2010 Athlete of the Year contest. Each year, the magazine honours a deserving LGBT athlete as its Athlete of the Year. GGVIII: Gay Games Cologne concluded

The biggest LGBT sports and cultural festival in the world took place in Cologne from July 31 to August 7, 2010. Some 10,000 participants from more than 70 countries converged for the Gay Games VIII Cologne 2010 and celebrated the principles of participation, inclusion and personal best. Topfan Survey: Gay Footballers Survey

The 2nd Phase of the online survey GAY FOOTBALLERS ... APPRECIATED OR UNWELCOME is available. International Campaign: Day against homophobia in football survey

In response to the massive interest shown in the Football v Homophobia initiative set up by The Justin Campaign this year, the organisation has decided to create an online survey as part of a global consultation process ahead of the 2011 event.
