We would like to inform you that we are currently looking into each report/comment/incident regarding the EuroGames 2015. We are in the process of working with the EuroGames committee so that they can take these incidents and look into them thoroughly, and create a report on the findings. We will publish this report on our website in due course.

From the outcome of these investigations we will then be able to formulate a series of fail safe plans in order to secure better future EuroGames.

The first steps have already been taken. We are contacting sporting experts around Europe who have offered their assistance to ensure not only a successful games in Helsinki, but the success of future EuroGames.

We are also compiling a book on guidelines and checklists for each sport, so that the basic requirements and standards of an event will be adhered to, and that the participants will have the best possible experience. These will be published on website also.

We take each email/comment very seriously, and we are determined to get to the root cause of where it went wrong. We are also aware that some of the comments are from people who were not in Stockholm, and we would like to ask you to add constructive criticism to help with the process.

Please realise that this will take some time to gather the information and examine it, but we are working as fast as we can under these difficult circumstances.

Currently we have an email address egs@eglsf.info which is the official email address for any comments, but we are also tracking all comments that are appearing on social media platforms and adding them to our files.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences, both good and bad, and if you have not done so yet, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. The more information we have, the better the results and outcome of the investigation will be.

Each host city has a completely different committee, and be aware of that when you are adding your comments, as it paints an unfair picture on future host cities.

We hope you find this information helpful.
