The European Gay and Lesbian Sport Federation (EGLSF) is expanding its pool of external experts and is inviting experienced professionals to contribute to its growing portfolio of European projects and network activities.
Working with partners across Europe, EGLSF develops research, delivers capacity-building programmes, organises international events, and advocates for greater equality, inclusion and human rights in and through sport. To support this work, we are looking for experts with experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Research & Policy
  • Events & Community Engagement
  • Capacity Building & Peer Learning
We particularly welcome applications from professionals with expertise in equality, diversity and inclusion, human rights, sport, civil society, and EU-funded projects.
Successful applicants will join EGLSF's roster of external experts and may be contracted on an as-needed basis to contribute to activities such as research and policy development, training and peer learning, stakeholder engagement, international events, and the creation of practical resources that support more inclusive sport across Europe.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with the current call remaining open until 14 August 2026.
If you have the expertise to help strengthen inclusive sport across Europe, or know someone who does, we encourage you to apply and share this opportunity within your network.
