Out To Swim is an active member of ASA and is one of the largest Masters swimming clubs in the country. With a membership of 180 including 40 women, they are probably one of the largest gay and lesbian clubs in the UK.
A vacancy has arisen for a committed, experienced head coach to lead a team of three assistant coaches and a number of volunteer coaches.
OTS’s focus is to provide a quality and breadth of training to suit all abilities, maintain a competitive advantage in both national and international swimming events and prove a supportive social environment for all swimmers.
Professional coaching is currently provided for 7 swimming sessions a week and supports a water polo team who have 3 additional water polo sessions per week.
