Course for run, Walking and Nordic Walking:
Turning course, start and finish in the stadium, passing the neighboring forest.
Announced and approved meeting by DLV.
Start and finish:
Aachener Waldstadion
3:00 p.m: 2,5km children and youth run
3:45 p.m: 5km + 10km run, Walking und Nordic-Walking
Time registration:
Participants of each competition receive colored ribbons at the turns. These must
be shown at the finish.
In the finish channel passing is not allowed. The starting number may only be carried on the chest. In case of offence you will be disqualified.
Starting authorization:
All runners inside the classes are starting entitled.
Evaluation:
Women age-group 1990 and older
Men age-group 1990 and older
Youth female age-group 1991 to 1994
Youth male age-group 1991 to 1994
Children female age-group 1995 and younger
Children male age-group 1995 and younger
Single evaluation by classification
Award:
All runners getting evaluation receive a memory gift.
Class winner: 2.5 km and 5 km and 10 km
Each winner and place 2 and 3 receive certificates and material prizes
Presentation ceremony in the Aachener Waldstadion:
04:00 p.m.: 2;5 km Youth and Children run
05:00 p.m.: 5km and 10km run, Walking and Nordic Walking
Result lists and documents:
You can´t receive winner lists and documents in the Aachener Waldstadion.
Lists can be loaded down from the homepage.
Documents are sent as pdf file.
Announcement:
Starting fee:
• until 15.05.2008:
1991 and younger EUR 4,00 (Children/Youth)
• 1990 and older EUR 5,00
• from 16. May 2008 is only a late registration (with a additional fee of 2
Euros) on the day of the event possible
Payment of the starting fee:
By InterNet by means of unique direct debit:
Only for participants with German bank account. Please control your bank account numbers before mailing the announcing form.
By means of transfer:
This must be confirmed before expiration of the deadline. Otherwise the next higher starting fee will be applied.
Cash payment:
Only possible when you receive the starting number and when you announce by last minute. Costs, which result from missing or wrong data, are charged for. If you don´t appear you will not get back the starting fee. The passing on of the starting number is not permitted.
Advance notifications:
Advance notifications are fix as soon as the payment is booked on the account of
Rainbow-Sports-Aachen.
If you announce by Internet the deduction permission and the information of the run
conditions are presupposed.
If you give them your e-mail-address, you will receive a confirmation after receipt of the starting fee. By announcements without e-mail-address the account statement applies as announcing confirmation. Please bring along a copy of the confirmation to the distribution of numbers.
Distribution of starting numbers and last-minute-announcements:
In the Aachener Waldstation on Saturday 31.May 2008 01:00 p.m. – 02:30 p.m.

By collection of the starting number the runner receives a coupon for a beverage after choice. Guests are welcome.
Medical support:
The whole course is supervised and cared for by medics. Order people are justified and
obligated in taking runners with signs of injuries and overexertion out of running.
Food supply:
Food supply places and water places are set up in the Aachener Waldstadion beside the trail.
Non-liability:
In the case of my participation in the RegioRun for Life I accept the non-liability of the organizers for damages of each kind. I will not claim for damages neither against the organizers and sponsors of the RegioRun for Life nor against the city of Aachen and/or owners of private or public ways or their representatives because of damage and injuries of each kind, which could result to me from my participation in the RegioRun for Life. I declare that I trained for the participation in this competition sufficiently, that I am physically healthy and my state of health was medically confirmed. I agree with the fact that the data specified in my announcement may be used without claims for remuneration. I agree with the fact that the photos, films, interviews in broadcast, television, advertisement, books, photomechanical duplications. films, video cassettes etc. which were made of me in connection with my participation in the RegioRun for Life may be used without claims for remuneration. I insure that my birth year is correct and that I will not pass on my starting number to any other person. I know that I will be disqualified if I change the official starting number in any way, particularly if I make the advertising print invisible or unrecognizable. I accept that the organizer of the RegioRun for Life reserves himself the right to exclude me from the meeting if it is proven that I have offended against the obligations above.
