Every year a different gay and inclusive football club in the UK hosts the GFSN (Gay Football Supporters' Network) seven-a-side football tournament. This summer the event will be hosted by Village Manchester FC in Manchester, the UK's gay capital.
Famous for its gay village and Canal Street (as seen in TV's Queer as Folk), this is a one day tournament on the Saturday, with free socials on the Friday and Saturday nights, and the GFSN's annual meeting on the Sunday.
It's the best attended LGBT annual tournament in the UK.
At the moment it looks like it will cost no more than £10 per player. Teams of up to 11. While it's a mixed tournament, it's mostly all-male teams. There isn't a separate women's tournament.
