The Football People weeks thrive from the multitude of colourful and exciting activities that activists, groups, teams and football organisations organise during the period.
In 2013, over 1,500 actions were held across Europe and beyond in a unique and unified stand against all forms of discrimination in football.
Among these activities, some of them award-winning stadium tifos, quizzes, videos, exhibitions, and many more that caught the attention of football supporters and the public worldwide.
Fare offers financial support for different types of activities. We are able to provide small grants for up to 250 groups and offer larger Events grants to support nationwide activities.
Award criteria
Applications will be assessed against a number of criteria:
- Innovative value of the proposed activity
- Aim and reach of the activity
- Level of need for the project
Who can apply?
The Small Grants scheme is open to all formal or informal groups or organisations that want to tackle discrimination in and through football.
How much can we apply for?
The small grants scheme has grants of up to €400 available for applicants.
