Welcome to the Annual General Assembly, Conference and 30 Year Anniversary Celebration
EGLSF is one year older, and it’s that time of year again to welcome you to the Annual General Assembly. This year, a special year for EGLSF with the 30th anniversary celebration, Atlasz Sports Club and the EGLSF are delighted to welcome you to Budapest, and we are preparing an exciting program for you. We’re sure you will enjoy what we have in store for you - at the conference, at the Annual General Assembly and all the social events too! You can find the organisation of the weekend’s activities below.

Come and join us on a sightseeing tour on the Danube, enjoy the lights of the city while dining together on a boat. | 15:00 – 17:00 | Pink Tour - guided LGBTQ thematic tour of Budapest or try out one of the beautiful spas of Budapest | If you are staying in Budapest for the afternoon, we have two great suggestions for you: get to know the LGBTQ historical background of Hungary’s capital (10€), or enjoy one of the famous thermal baths of Budapest (20€). The programmes start at 16:00 and last 2-3 hours. |
Anniversary Conference
We kick off the EGLSF 30th anniversary celebrations on March 15th, and our goal is to look back on the last 30 years of EGLSF history, but also look forward with you to the next 30 years.

09:00 – 09:15 Welcome speeches
09:15 – 10:00 EGLSF history - panel discussion with some of our founders and earliest members.
10:00 – 12:00 EGLSF present - panel discussion with our partners and members about the importance of EGLSF today and possibilities of tomorrow.
12:00 – 13:30 Lunch break
13:30 – 15:00 EGLSF Café - A dynamic setting to talk about the most relevant challenges of our member clubs and how the EGLSF can support.
15:30 – 16:00 Conclusions
16:00 – 17:00 Speed dating - It’s time to get to know each other and what we do in our sports club. Who is successful in what? Who needs an answer to a burning question? Let’s match the seekers and the finders !
The registration fee of the conference is 25€ for members and 30€ for non-member organisations (which includes the buffet lunch as well).
We will provide you single or shared rooms (twin beds) in the European Youth Centre Budapest (1024 Budapest, Zivatar utca 1-3.). If you are accepted for outreach support, you will enjoy the hospitality of the athletes of Atlasz Sports Club hosted housing.
Prices of the hotel rooms are the following:
Twin room: €46/person/night
Single room: €76€/person/night
