Is it time to improve your personal bests? Or have you always wanted to try out Track and Field? Then you are invited to join us on July 24th for PRIDE Atletiek.

DGLA (Dutch Gay & Lesbian Athletics) and Phanos are organizing a short Track & Field tournament, open to everybody, experienced and recrational athletes on July 24, 2016,  at 14.00h (the track is accesible at 13.00h) in the Olympic Stadion in Amsterdam.

The events are: 100m sprint, long jump, shotput and 1500m. There is also a short all-around event, consisting of 100m, longjump and shotput.

Costs: € 4 per event, € 8 for the all-around event.

You can register via e-mail (prideatletiek@gmail.com). Let us know in which events you’d like to participate and the times you’d expect to run (for experienced runners). You can also register on the day itself at the Olympic Stadion, until 13.30h.
