UEFA EDI toolkit

EGLSF contributed to the UEFA Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit as a LGBTQI+ sport subject matter expert and content contributor. “This toolkit aims to support national associations, clubs and leagues by developing a coherent understanding across the football landscape of what EDI involves, and how everyone in the game has a role to play in progress of these topics. … In short: Diversity powers performance. Equality and inclusion protect it.”
