The LBTQI* Women Active -project, led by the EGLSF, drives significant change in the inclusion and participation of LBTQI women in grassroots sport across Europe. As the project leader, EGLSF brought its extensive experience and commitment to promoting diversity and equality within the sporting community, spearheading a collaborative effort to build a more inclusive sports landscape for LBTQI women.
