Lunches, Dinner and Party
Saturday lunch: Will be available at INEF (ca. EUR 13). Please register in advance using the online form.
Saturday dinner: It has become tradition that (most of) the delegates have dinner on Saturday evening. It will take place at:
“Sala ROYAL” – Calle Isabel la Catolica n. 6.

After dinner, at the same place, the Halegatos annual party will take place.
All delegates will
have free access.
Accomodation
Hosted Housing:
Halegatos is trying to offer hosted housing for +/- 35 delegates.
As usual, outreach applicants will get priority treatment, but only until
15 February. It is, therefore, strongly recommended to register as soon
as
possible.
Halegatos will send to hosted housing delegates their hosts data to
establish direct contact and arrangements.
Hosted housing assignment, accepting outreach delegates till the
indicated date, will be done according to the registration date (first
come, first serve).

You can book directly. They offer rooms from 2 to 6 people, some with private bathroom. Price is around 17 euros per night and person.
If, for one reason or another, you are not able to book directly, Halegatos has made a reservation of a limited number of places at MADHOSTEL (www.madhostel.com) and can book a place for you. Do as follows:

If you asked for hosted housing but you cannot benefit of it (places are limited), you will be offered a place in the indicated Youth Hostel.
Places booking are assured until 19 February. After that date, reservation cannot be assured.
